Baileys Harbor, WI - November 18, 2015 – Door County Brewing Company announced today the December 1st release of their Winter Farmhouse Ale aptly called L’hiver, French for “the winter.” L’hiver is inspired by the traditional Belgian Strong Dark Ales and is described as dark brown, dry, with notes of dark fruit and a slight hint of citrus.
