Badger State Brewing Co. Wins Gold Medal at 2014 U.S. Open Beer Championship

    GREEN BAY - July 7, 2014 - Badger State Brewing Co. has been awarded a Gold Medal for its Bunyan Badger Brown Ale in the Brown Ale category at the 2014 U.S. Open Beer Championship held July 4 in Atlanta, Ga.

    The U.S. Open Beer Championship is the only competition to include professional breweries and award-winning home brewers. More than 20 international breweries from Iceland, Australia, Canada, Belgium, Germany, Mexico, Brazil, Sweden, Finland and England competed sending in more than 3,000 beers and ciders representing 81 different categories.
