Door County Brewing Co. Expands Distribution to Illinois
Monday, September 12, 2016
BAILEY'S HARBOR WI – Door County Brewing Co. expanded distribution to Illinois on Sep- tember 1, after signing distribution agreements with Kloss Distributing of Gurnee, IL and Town & Country Distributors of Itasca, IL. Door County Brewing Co. began its distribution in Wisconsin in 2013, expanding in 2015 to Minnesota and now to Illinois.

“We were drawn to Kloss and Town & Country because they focus on brands in different stages of growth that vary both in brewery size and in the beers they craft,” said John Mc- Mahon, President and CEO of Door County Brewing Co. “It’s important that our distribu- tors have the same passion for craft beer culture as we do.”

This mutual interest in craft beer culture is important to both Door County Brewing Co. and its new distribution partners.

We appreciate Door County Brewing Co.’s value system of family, friends, and community. What a great basis for our new partnership,” said Rebecca Pray, Executive Vice President of Marketing for Town & Country. “Folks from Illinois enjoy the beauty of Door County and have experienced the McMahon family hospitality at the brewery. Now they can enjoy these great beers right at home.”

Both Kloss Distributing and Town & Country will distribute Door County Brewing Co.’s core and seasonal brands, such as Little Sister Witbier, Sideshow Belgian IPA, Pastoral Farmhouse Ale, Polka King Porter and Silurian Vanilla Milk Stout. Door County Brewing Co. plans to partner with additional Illinois distributors throughout 2017.
